Some HOA Rules
1. Do not do any pool, fence, shed construction without county and/or HOA approval. (Get applications at this website.)
2. DO NOT dump your yard waste, building debris, limbs on any common ground area.
3. Do not leave your animal's feces on common ground.
4. Please pick up any trash or fireworks on common ground.
5. Do not drive motorized vehicles on common ground.
Here is a copy of the subdivision Plat Map. We are working to obtain an updated map.
You can also visit the County's Property Database to see if you are in the subdivision.
1. Visit https://lookups.sccmo.org/assessor
2. Enter your street address in the 'Street' field, then click 'search'
3. If your address is listed at the bottom of that screen, click on 'details' to the far right of
the listing.
4. When the information displays, is will include a line titled 'subdivision'. For example,
'PARK CHAS SOUTH #5', indicates I am in Park Charles South, plat 5.
*So long as some variation of Park Charles South is listed in the 'subdivision' line, you're in the PCS!
